The Grand Avenue Committee, acting under the direction of the Los Angeles Grand Avenue Authority, is responsible for implementing the plan for remaking Grand Avenue into a great new gathering place in the City. Our responsibilities include facilitating a public/private partnership to develop four prime parcels, leading in the creation of a new 16-acre park, and remaking the street itself into an active and inviting pedestrian space. AEG is developing a downtown Los Angeles sports and entertainment destination, a 4-million square foot development adjoining STAPLES Center and The Los Angeles Convention Center.


The multi-faceted entertainment destination will feature an exciting mix of entertainment venues, restaurants, retail commercial and residential spaces, television and radio broadcast studios and concert spaces.

This listing of events includes annual events such as the Grand Avenue Festival, as well as one-time events that might feature an author at the Central Library or an outdoor movie in Pershing Square.
