The Grand Avenue Committee, acting under the direction of the Los Angeles Grand Avenue Authority, is responsible for implementing the plan for remaking Grand Avenue into a great new gathering place in the City. Our responsibilities include facilitating a public/private partnership to develop four prime parcels, leading in the creation of a new 16-acre park, and remaking the street itself into an active and inviting pedestrian space.
